Frank an Mac Casserole



1/2 lb hotdogs, sliced into bite size pieces
1/2 c onion, minced
1/2 c green pepper, minced
1 Tbsp margarine
1/2 lb shell macaroni
3/4 c powdered non-fat dry milk
1 1/2 c water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c diced Velveta cheese


Saute' hotdogs, onion, and green peppers in margarine until onion is soft.
Cook and drain the macaroni
Add to the skillet mixture
Stir in non-fat milk, water, salt, and thyme; continue cooking stirring gently over low heat to blend throughly.
Stir in the tomato sauce and 1 cup of the cheese.
Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 20 min.
Add remaining cheese and bake ten min longer.
