Yaki Mon Du's (Korean Meat dumplings)

1 pkg won ton wraps
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 lb ground sausage
Garlic powder, when I can smell it stong, I have enough. :-)
1 large onion, chopped fine
Mix everything except the won ton wraps.
Cover and let sit in the fridge over night to marry the flavors.
When ready to use, place 1 tbsp in the middle of one won ton wrap, and fold it up like an envelope.
Drop into deep, hot grease, and deep fry until they float and turn a golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
