1 package of 9" pie shells (2 per pack...NOT deep dish)
1 pound hamburger, cooked and drained
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup onion, minced
4 eggs
2 cups light cream
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Heat oven to 425.
Prepare pie shells as directed on the package.
Sprinkle the hamburger, cheese, and onion,equally in the pie shells.
Blend the remaining ingredients and pour into the pie shells.
Bake 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 300 and bake for 30 minutes longer. (Or until a knife inserted 1" from the edge comes out clean)
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
