Dieters Shake and Bake

This is a low calorie, low fat, shake and bake mix for Chicken. It is suprisingly good.


1/2 c Powdered dry non-fat milk
2 pkgs of Herb Ox bouillon (Powder not cubes!)
2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard


Mix all ingredients.
Dampen chicken with water. Shake off the excess.
Coat the chicken with the shake and bake mix.
Place chicken in a lightly oiled pan.
Bake at 375 until done. (30 - 40 minutes for boneless chicken breast)


Use this mix as a base to experiment with other ingredients for other meats. For example: add onion flakes or BBQ seasonings, etc.
