Spring rolls with Sweet and Sour Sauce

Celery, chopped small
cabbage, shredded
bean sprouts
bacon, fried and cut crumbled
beef, pork, cooked and pieces crumbed
green onion, chopped
canned baby Shrimp, cooked and drained
Spring roll wraps

Fry first four ingredients in oil.
Set aside and fry beef (or Pork) and bacon.
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Fill spring roll wraps and fold.
Deep fry until crispy and brown.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce. (recipe below)

Sweet and Sour Sauce

6 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp white wine
3 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 c pineapple juice
3 Tbsp catsup
2 Tbsp corn starch

Combine all ingredients except the water and corn starch.
Bring to a boil.
Mix corn starch with the water and add to the boiling mixture.
Stir until it thickens.
