Shrimp Spread

1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Package plain Knox gelatin
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
3 Tablespoon cold water
3/4 Cup mayo
1 Med onion finely diced
1 Cup finely dice celery
Frozen shrimp or 2 cans small shrimp
Heat soup and gelatin until dissolved.
Add water.
Add cream cheese and mix well until smooth.
Add onion and mayo and again mix.
Fold in celery and shrimp.
Pour into jell ring mold.
Refrigerate over night.
For flavor garnish with parsley
Excellent with crackers.
